Kim Jong-un to Meet Donald Trump Before May of This Year

South Korea’s National Security Advisor Chung Eui-yong has read a short statement at the White House stating that North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has made a commitment to denuclearisation. It was also stated that Kim Jong-un has extended a personal invitation to speak personally with Donald Trump and that Trump has accepted the invitation. Furthermore, it was stated by Chung Eui-yong that Pyongyang understands that military drills between the US and South Korea will proceed and that the offer from the DPRK is not contingent on this.

Chung Eui-yong further stated that Kim Jong-un has pledged to pause all weapons tests as s gesture of good will as the mutually agreed meeting between Trump and Kim is arranged.
